With over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) Security experience, Glen Lee is recognized as a reputable and credible subject matter expert in the Federal government. For much of his career he has been leading and managing teams for the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DOD) responsible for implementing the Federal ICAM (FICAM) and Homeland Security Presidential Directive – 12 (HSPD-12) initiatives.
Glen has extensive experience managing and implementing programs; consulting and working with Senior Management officials and decision makers; developing specification, policy, and guidance; and providing technical subject matter expertise support. He has proven leadership skills as team lead and manager, project lead for large engagements, and chair or facilitator of department-wide working groups. He has excellent communication skills with people at all levels, from Senior Executives, directors and managers to engineers, developers, and implementers. His strong writing skills are adaptable for a wide range of audiences and are demonstrated in management and technical briefings, executive and informational papers, project and implementation plans, and policy and guidance documents. Glen also demonstrates his technical and engineering skills by assisting implementers and engaging in activities to resolve or troubleshoot technical issues or challenges.

Business Manager & User Experience (UX) Consultant
In addition to managing business activities for the company, Edie Lee specializes in website evaluation and user research initiatives, including usability testing, heuristic reviews of web resources, and information architecture analyses. She is a skilled writer of proposals, research reports, study materials, user guides, training resources, and articles for publication. Edie also specializes in writing for the web, drafting and rewriting web content to adhere to usability best practices. She transitioned from a career in biological and clinical research to UX research and evaluation in 2008.
